1. Read the rules

2. Sign the Liability Waiver (save a digital copy on your PC)

3. Take online orientation
   - Take a comprehensive test and save a digital copy of the completion certificate on your PC
   - Contact Recreation Services at recreation-services@oist.jp if you cannot access the orientation material

4. Submit registration form

5. Gym access will be remotely granted to your OIST ID card in a week ^{Recreation Services will email you once access is granted}

* Family members who want to register need to obtain a family member access card from OIST Resource Center.
