Special Robotics Lecture for Children on Okinawa’s Remote Islands

OIST Kids Lecture "The Evolution of the Butterflies Eyespot Patterns" with Prof. Antónia Monteiro Held at OIST Science Studio.

On 18th December 2025, 8 Students from Miyazaki Prefectural Miyakonojo Izumigaoka high school visited OIST.

On 17th December 2025, 26 Students from Tottori Prefectural Yonago Higashi High School visited OIST.

The Science Talk for Students Series “Okinawan Scientists Who Make The Future” was held at Itoman City Central Library.

OIST ran a science booth at the Science Tech Festival in Naha on December 14, 2025.

On 11th December 2025, 35 Students from Nagasaki Minami High School visited OIST.

Chikushigaoka High School visited OIST on Dec 5, 2025. Students attended a career talk and showed increased interest in science.

On 2nd December 2025, 16 Students from Sapporo Asahigaoka Senior High School students visited OIST.

On November 29, 2025, the 14th Annual SCORE! (Science in Okinawa: Research and Entrepreneurship) competition was held at the OIST Auditorium.

On 28th November 2025, 11 high school students from the Kyushu region participating Kyushu University Future Creators in Science Project(QFC-SP) visited OIST

The Onna Village ×OIST  Mölkky Tournament＆Social Gathering was held on November 23, 2025.
