From Discovery to Expansion: Call for OIST Innovation Accelerator for Startup

The Call for OIST Innovation Accelerator for startup is now open.

Applications are now open for the 2027–2028 cohort of the OIST Innovation Accelerator.
Only 4 teams from all over the world are selected per year.

What we look for:
• Entrepreneurial scientists and researchers at TRL 4–6 with a clear reason for Japan
• A registered legal entity (or near-term incorporation plan)
• Clear IP ownership (or ownership trajectory)

Applications close June 28, 2026.
