Reservation for Temporary Accommodation & Taxi:
After your flight schedule is confirmed, the Relocation Support Services Section will arrange:
- Temporary accommodation at OIST.
- Taxi service from the Naha airport.
Details such as your room number, location, key access, and taxi arrangements will be shared via email from the Relocation Support Services Section.
Important Notes:
- The temporary accommodation is available for a maximum of 21 days to assist with post-arrival tasks, such as transitioning to permanent housing and completing residency registration.
- The accommodation cost will be deducted from your Arrival Allowance.
- No deliveries (personal purchases or items) are permitted to the OIST temporary accommodation.
General Arrival Flow:
- Taxi Drop-off:
- Upon arrival at OIST, the taxi driver will drop you off at the Center Building, where the main reception is located.
- Room Key Collection:
- Collect your room key(s) from the Key Box located behind the reception desk.
- The reservation confirmation and Key Box combination number will be provided beforehand.
Note: Any additional instructions, changes, or special flow will be communicated in advance through emails.
