IMPORTANT NOTICE

Smoking is prohibited throughout the campus, including residential areas, except in Designated Smoking Area.

If you would like to use OIST shuttle bus, please contact the person who made your reservation.
Emergency room is available in case you are unable to enter or stay in your reserved room.

	Check-in Check-in is generally at 15:00 PM, but you may enter the room after the time indicated on your reservation slip. The following rooms are equipped with smart locks: VC201, VC251, VC456, EC181, EC285, WC132, WC232, H126, H229 For rooms without smart locks, please collect your key from the key box. 	Check-out Check-out time for both On Campus and Seaside House is 10:00 am. Please leave the air conditioning running on the 25°C cooling setting. Please don't forget to lock all windows and doors when you leave your room. Please return your room key to the key box you used when you checked in. The Dial number is the same. No keys will be returned for rooms with smart locks installed. *Except in the case of an emergency and the key is retrieved from the key box.
