Protein Pathway Map

Protein Pathway Map
Protein Pathway Map. Docking scores, the predicted ability of the small molecule to bind with all of the network proteins, are converted into a white-to-red color scale. Colored results are then projected to the network map to directly display predicted binding abilities. Through the colored network map, researchers can efficiently investigate potential bioactivity of small molecules against numerous proteins and whole networks of proteins.
