GEDI (Gender, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) Committee
The Committee examines and assesses OIST activities, policies communications, processes, data, institutional climate and publications in order to identify and propose opportunities to build a more equitable, diverse and inclusive environment at OIST for students, faculty and staff.
OIST Action Plan
OIST has established the action plan to ensure a working environment that enable to maintain work-life balance and also encourages the active participation of female staff to form careers and play active role in management.
LGBTQ+
OIST's LGBTQ and Allies group works to support the LGBTQIA+ community at OIST.
