Smoking is prohibited throughout the campus, including residential areas, except in Designated Smoking Area.

Outside business hours:
If you cannot open your key locker box, please go to the Main Entrance reception desk. (desk is manned 24/7). Please refer to the map for directions.
If you have collected your key from the key locker box, but cannot access your room, or are experiencing room or housing facility issues, please call below hotline.

In The Gardens, please refer to the printed notice in your room for the SSID and password.
At conference venues, OIST‑Public Wi‑Fi is available.

General Information

	Room Amenities and Cleaning The following amenities are provided in your room. List of Room Amenities List of Room Amenities Food and daily necessities can be purchased at the shops on the premises. Cleaning service is generally provided every three days. There is no security box (safe) inside the rooms. Guest are advised to keep their valuables with them at all times.

	Check-out Check-out time for On Campus Housing is 10:00 am. Please leave the air conditioning running on the 25°C cooling setting.
