In Hot Water, Clownfish Grow Up Quick As clownfish larvae mature into juveniles, they pass through seven stages of development (only stages two to seven pictured). The clownfish raised at 31°C grew and developed quicker than those raised at 28°C, reaching each developmental stage in a shorter number of days.
