New Ryukyu Islands Coral eDNA Atlas

Ryukyu Archipelago Coral eDNA Atlas developed by the Marine Genomics Unit together with the Okinawa Environmental Science Center is now publicly accessible online

The Ryukyu Archipelago Coral eDNA Atlas maps the distribution of reef-building corals detected from seawater samples collected at 231 different locations.
