Third place was awarded to Okinawa Prefectural MSJ Senior High School (2020 SCORE!)
“Development of Heat Stroke Countermeasure Drink” The team developed an effective anti-heat stroke drink, which is a mixed solution of Miyako Island's specialty products such as Yukishio salt and brown sugar. Nutritional analysis and interview surveys were conducted with the cooperation of local companies and hospitals.

"Da Bomb Diggity Shell Ginger” The increasing importance of alcohol-based disinfectants in the COVID-19 pandemic led to a project to verify the antibacterial action of shell ginger. The research verified that mixing the boiled juice of shell ginger with alcohol produces a high antibacterial effect.
