OIST Innovation Incubator is a facility for technology-based startups.
The facility is equipped with shared offices, shared laboratories, and shared equipment.

It is open to startup companies, as well as experts, supporters, and companies that wish to collaborate with OIST. The facility consists of three buildings and offers a variety of mixed-use office and lab spaces.

• Common lab equipment (Ultrapure Water System,Freezer, Autoclave, Centrifuge,3D Printer etc)
• Meeting room,Online meeting booth
• Access to meeting rooms and event space at the OIST Conference Center (additional fee per use)
• Wireless internet and shared printer/copier/scanner
• Shared kitchen
• Parking space

Services Available to Tenants

• Access to mentor and investor network
• Access to external advisors (IP, Finance and HR etc)
• Support for banking operations by the seconded staff from the bank
• Access to entrepreneurship events at OIST
• Access to core facilities and equipment at OIST (additional fee per use)
• Available as a registered office address
• Access to cafe and convenience store on campus

Occupancy Guidelines

• No equipment can be installed in the facility without prior approval
• No reagents can be brought into the facility without prior approval
