Validation of PFAS sensors in water

Two graphs showing how the concentration of PFOA and PFOA loaded in fresh and drinking water match the concentration detected very reliably.

Testing the reliability of PFAS sensors in fresh and drinking water artificially doped with PFOA (left; A) and PFOS (right; B). For both PFAS chemicals, the detected concentrations closely matched the actual concentrations in the tested water. For reference, both PFOA and PFOS are regulated at 50 pg mL-1 in Japan.
