JEOL CRYOARM300 Cryo-Transmission Electron Microscope
The CryoARM300 is the first of its kind, having an ultra-high resolution pole piece, cold-field emission gun, in-column energy filter and operates at an accelerating voltage of 300 kV, allowing it to obtain sub angstrom resolution in TEM. It has a 12-sample autoloader that allows for long term sample storage and analysis and is specialized for automated single particle analysis with SerialEM. The microscope is equipped with a Direct Electron Apollo direct electron detector for high-speed data collection
