Titan Krios Cryo-Transmission Electron Microscope

The Titan Krios has a field emission gun and operates at an accelerating voltage of 300 kV, it is equipped with an autoloader, and a Falcon 3EC direct electron director. The system can carry out automated data acquisition with the use of the EPU software The system also has a post energy field K2 direct electron detector for use with energy filtered Cryo electron tomography, and has automated Tomography acquisition that is run through SerialEM.
