Iaido

Are you interested in Samurai martial arts and Bushido?

Iaido is the traditional Japanese martial art of drawing a Japanese samurai sword.
It's a very nice way to combine physical and spiritual exercises with self-defense.
Iaido is one of several forms of traditional Japanese "standing meditation", including iaido, kyudo and naginata.

If you do not have any experience with martial arts -- no problem!
If you do not have physical strength -- no problem!
