Wednesday: 18:15 - 20:15 - All groups
Friday: 12:00 - 13:00 - Open mat
Sunday: 10:00 - 12:00 - Open mat

Requirements:
- Attire: Please wear gym clothes (no zips, buckles, etc.)
- No piercings
- Hygiene: Keep nails short
- Be friendly and leave your ego at the door
- Bring water bottle to hydrate
- Everyone is welcome!
