Four students from Kin Junior High School participated in a work experience program at OIST on October 28 and 29, 2025.

On September 2, 2025, junior high school students from Nomi City visited OIST.

The Bottom-up Program for Senior and Junior High School Students was held on August 15, 2025

We participated in the Children's Tour Day in Kasumigaseki 2025 on August 6 and 7, 2025 and conducted science outreach activities.

Four students from Unna Junior High School participated in a workplace learning experience at OIST on June 25 and 26, 2025.

On June 2, 2025, 20 students from Millennia Institute in Singapore visited OIST.

OIST participated in the Maeganeku Haarii Race on May 30, 2025.

On May 26, 2025, students from the TRY KOTOGAKUIN, A support school for students enrolled in correspondence high schools (Oroku and Shintoshin campuses) visited OIST.

Public Lecture: "How Do Animals Make Sound?" was held at OIST on April 5th, 2025.

The Onna Village ×OIST  Mölkky Tournament＆Social Gathering was held on March 22, 2025. 

On March 3, 2025, an outreach class was held at Daido Elementary School, with 50 students prticipating.

On February 28, 2025, a ｍathematics class was held at New Life Academy, with 39 students prticipating.
