SEED Program: Fukui Prefectural Wakasa High School vistited OIST
On 20th October 2026, 140 Students from Fukui Prefectural Wakasa High School visited OIST
Students from Fukui Prefectural Wakasa High School visited OIST and participated in the SEED Program.
The program featured a career talk by OIST PhD student Kishin Inoue (Integrative Community Ecology Unit), who shared his experiences in scientific research.
During a discussion session, students engaged with OIST PhD students and researchers, exchanging ideas about pursuing a career in science, student life at OIST, and research activities.
The visit also included a campus tour, where students explored OIST's research facilities and experienced its cutting-edge research environment firsthand.
