Poster Session combined with RAM 2026 Opening Teatime

As in previous years, we will kick off RAM on October 1 with an Opening Poster Session and Teatime. This year, the event will take place in the Tunnel Gallery, starting at 4:00 PM. Come connect with your colleagues from across research fields and administrative divisions!

Whether you are an administrator, researcher, student, intern, faculty member, executive, or support staff, RAM 2026 is for you! We welcome everyone to join this annual tradition of connecting with the OIST community. No sign-up is required. Just come and enjoy the science, conversation, coffee, and snacks and help us with choosing the winner of the audience best poster award! As always, the poster session will be held alongside OIST Teatime.

We are also looking for OISTers who would like to present their research and ideas during the session and help fill the Tunnel Gallery with the amazing science being conducted at OIST. Whether you have a newly created poster or one that you recently presented at a conference, all submissions are welcome!

Guidelines for poster presenters:

• The poster board's size is W900 x H1532mm (fits a Super A0 poster in portrait format)
• We recommend designing and printing the poster in Super A0 size (914mm x 1,292mm)
• We will provide push pins for each board
• Should you have any questions or comments, please contact us at orc@oist.jp.
• Please make sure to put your poster on the board before the session starts. Boards will be available through the 1st of October.
