The research interest of FM encompasses the nonequilibrium physics of many-body hybrid quantum systems composed of matter and light.
Besides physics, he is also passionate about sport (including mountain biking, snowboarding, and hiking), plants, as well as food and culinary arts from his native Azerbaijani cuisine to all other exotic cuisines from around the world.
