JEOL CRYOARM200 Cryo-Transmission Electron Microscope

The CryoARM200 has a wide pole piece gap, cold-field emission gun, in-column energy filter and operates at an accelerating voltage of 200 kV. The system is equipped with a custom annular objective aperture for use for energy filtered Cryo electron tomography, single particle analysis and hollow cone illumination. The microscope has a 12-sample autoloader that allows for long term sample storage and analysis and is specialized for automated single particle analysis with SerialEM. The microscope is equipped with a Direct Electron Apollo direct electron detector for high-speed data collection.
