    The # 7119  telephone counselling service provides advice from doctors and nurses on whether it is better to call an ambulance in case of sudden injury or illness, or to go to hospital immediately. There is a charge for the call, but everyone can use it free of charge 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from a mobile phone or fixed telephone.To connect to the consultation desk from your mobile phone, press # followed by 7119. If you are using an IP phone or another device that cannot dial the pound sign (#), please call 098-866-7119 instead.

    Call for tourist information or assistance in the case of accidents and emergencies.
