Ms. Carolyn Glassman, Minister-Counselor for Public Affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo, encouraged the participants to keep studying by speaking about entrepreneurs who are now regarded as heroes, such as Thomas Edison, Steve Jobs and Colonel Sanders, who all experienced countless failures, but continued without giving up until they succeeded.
