Scientists used a CO2 laser to create the electrodes on a polyimide sheet and connect it to a sensor that measures the change in electrochemical signals during an experiment. The results can be transmitted wirelessly to the researcher's computer. Image credit: Jaligam Murali Mohan (OIST), Kazumi Toda Peters (OIST), Sensit BT by PalmSens BV, Mohan et al. 2024, Nanoscale.
