OIST's Food Drive featured in a local TV program

OIST Food Drive

This program is an introduction to the OIST Support Center's food drive activities as part of the educational institution's efforts to help those in need.

The OIST Support Center conducts food drives three times a year (spring, summer, and winter) to coincide with the long vacation periods when school lunches are not provided.

Food collected is donated to the NPO Food Bank Second Harvest Okinawa, and from there it is delivered to families in need through the prefecture's local government and support groups.
