Travis White is a Music Major Graduate of Southern Cross University, Lismore, Australia. His main area of study was Contemporary Music - Guitar Major (Jazz, Blues, Rock, Fusion, Classical, World Musics, Latin). He has also completed Sub-Major studies in Early Childhood & Adult Learning in Education. He has been teaching in various formats for over 20+ years. Travis is comfortable teaching in both English and Japanese. Travis has created music curriculum programs for regular schools and Major Universities in Japan. He has collaborated with 15-time Grammy Award Nominee Joe Satriani and Sir Paul McCartney (The Beatles), Exile, Crystal Kay, and Ito Yuna to name a few.
New Classes and Fee
- 8:15PM - 9:00PM (45min) All Levels Welcome. 2,000 yen per person.
** You will be provided with all materials in digital format so there is no reason to buy any materials.
** You can use your laptop, iPad etc to access these free materials.
** Students need their own instruments.
Students will learn through 2 main streams:
- Research (Theory) based sharing of their findings and discoveries within the class.
- Experiential (Practical) study through study of an instrument. Song repertoire etc.
- Performance of learned material at various functions and recitals. (This is totally up to the student whether to participate)
