What is Balletone?
Balletone is a non-stop cardio and strength training program that originated in New York, combining pilates, ballet and yoga techniques. The movements are so simple that anyone can participate.
バレトンとは、ニューヨーク発祥のピラティス、バレエ、ヨガの要素を含んだ有酸素運動と筋力トレーニングを組み合わせたプログラムです。運動内容もシンプルなので、どなたでも参加可能です。
Effects of Balletone:
Balletone burns fat, improves muscle strength, flexibility, and cardiopulmonary function simultaneously, and is expected to help you lose weight, improve posture, and boost your immune system. If you exercise barefoot, you can strengthen the soles of your feet, which helps stabilise your core and promote blood flow. You can also wear indoor shoes if you need them.
バレトンの効果:
バレトンは脂肪を燃焼させると同時に、筋力や柔軟性、心肺機能を向上させ、ダイエットや姿勢の改善、免疫力アップなどの様々な効果が期待できます。裸足で運動すれば、足の裏が鍛えられるので、体幹が安定し、血流の促進に繋がります。また、必要に応じて室内用の靴を履くことも可能です。
【Lesson Procedure】Total 50 mins
- Warm-up(15 minutes) Confirming correct standing pose and move the entire body from the soles of the feet to the floor to increase the heart rate gradually.
- Work-out(20 minutes) 10min. × 2 segments: This segment is composed of Fitness, Ballet and Yoga and repeated in sequence 3.
- Stretching(10 minutes) After calming down your breathing with aromatic scents, It is time to get relax and stretch the muscles you have worked.

- ワークアウト (20分) 10分×2セグメント フィットネス+バレエ+ヨガの要素を取り入れた動きを順番に繰り返します。
- ストレッチ (10分) アロマの香りで呼吸を落ち着けた後、動かした筋肉をしっかりと伸ばすリラックスタイムです。
