Scott Rudisel

Scott Rudisel is an accomplished senior-level manager with forty years of real estate and construction experience in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and the United States. He has vast operational, strategic, and project management experience. He also has a successful track record in commercial, residential, hospitality, leisure, and master planning projects.

Mr. Rudisel brings to OIST a wealth of practical knowledge and experience in facilities management and the construction industry.  He oversaw the worldwide operations of a Fortune 500 company's building facilities division.  He has managed and led all phases of the construction process from the early master planning stages, the development of the design, the tender and award of a contractor, through to the completion of the project.

As OIST moves into the next decade of development, he aims to build upon the strong architectural foundation that has put OIST on the map and use his expertise to guide the campus toward becoming an unparalleled center for scientific innovation creating an immediate global impact while remaining rooted within the landscape and community of Onna Village.

Before coming to OIST, Mr. Rudisel's most noteworthy projects include Tokyo Langham Hotel (Japan), IBQ Headquarters (Qatar), QNB Headquarters, New Doha Zoo (Qatar), Jumeira “Garden City’ Development (Dubai), Marina Bay Financial Center (Singapore), Shiodome City Center (Japan), NCR Oiso offices (Japan), ‘Bonifacio Global City (Philippines), the National Convention Hall (Japan), and the Grand Inter-Continental (Japan).
